The Christmas season brings schedule changes around here.
These are the dates you may want to make note of when planning your Neos Skin Care purchases from now until after the New Year.
November 19 – November 30: Our annual 12 Days of Thanks customer appreciation event is happening now. This is the biggest sale of the year and comes just in time for you to mark off your Christmas gift and personal wish lists. Put Neos under the tree, y’all!
December 10: This is the final day to place orders you want to go out before Christmas. As is the nature of this business, it takes time to produce the products fresh to order, package them by hand and get them out to their destination. Barring excessive delays with USPS, this date should give everyone plenty of time to get things ordered and allow time for production and delivery before the man in red arrives for his yearly visit.
December 15: This will be the last day we will be shipping orders out in 2015. I can’t guarantee that orders placed December 11-15 will get shipped since we do make fresh to order around here. But we’ll do our very best to get to them before our Christmas break, even if I have to stay up all night to do it.
December 16 – January 6: The Head Belle will be on Christmas vacation! Our offices and production facilities will be closed so I can spend time with my family and attend to year-end tasks. You can still shop and place orders at the online boutique at your leisure while I’m watching Christmas movies, eating cookies, drinking egg nog and counting up calories……err….I mean supplies. However, we won’t be filling or shipping orders during this time. We’ll begin processing those in the order they are received when we reopen on January 7, 2016
* * NOTE: I’ve found the need to push back my reopen date until January 11, 2016. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause anyone but will work to get any current pending orders out on the 11th and 12th of January. We can’t have you waiting too long on those Ahhh moments, now can we?
Thanks a bunch y’all!
Enjoy your holidays and make them Ahh moments.
