Description

If you’ve been wanting to try our Pampered Patootie™ Body Pudding before committing to the larger 16 oz.  size, this 4 oz sampler is perfect for you to do that.  Formulated specifically for the DIY Collection, Pampered Patootie™ has been wildly popular since it’s introduction in Fall of 2016, helping DIY’ers pamper patooties all across America.  What’s body pudding? Well, it’s a lotion….a really thick, creamy lotion that’s so luxurious, it’s like indulging in a rich, delicious, made from scratch pudding. But it’s for your skin so no going on your hips….unless you want it there. How does a lotion differ from a cream? While they both are multi-phase formulations, a lotion contains less oil by percentage than a cream and is usually thinner. So it’s usually not as heavy as a cream and doesn’t leave the normal oily after-feel that many creams do. Neos is known for our thick lotions but this one is even thicker than our normal lotions so it got appropriately classified as “pudding”. Take it for a spin with your choice of essential oils or fragrance oils to create your own unique skin indulgences. Once you feel how good pudding for your skin really is, I’m sure you’ll want to get the big jar to experiment with. Seriously, you HAVE to pamper your patootie. It’s just non-negotiable.

Pampered Patootie™ Body Pudding is also suitable as a carrier for aromatherapeutic purposes.

* Formulated to handle up to 20% scent load. It is strongly advised that you please follow the recommended safe dermal maximums set by the IFRA, EU or Tisserand & Young in “Essential Oil Safety, 2nd Edition” for essential oils or fragrance oils to reduce the risk and avoid skin irritations or adverse reactions.

Fun Fact

“Do-it-yourself” is not a new thing and didn’t start with Pinterest, Facebook or the internet. It has always been a thing. Everyone has pretty much done many things themselves on some level along the way from the beginning of time, right? But did you know the term itself is reported to have been associated with consumers sometime around or before 1912 and was primarily in the domain of home improvement and maintenance activities. The phrase “do-it-yourself” came into common usage in the standard English language in the 1950’s and has evolved to include a plethora of activities, projects and hobbies one may participate it. Countless books have been written and there are even entire television shows, magazines, websites and TV networks devoted to helping the amateur at home without formal instruction or professional level experience do it themselves for things and in ways that are suitable for at-home application. While DIY is not equal to professional quality or level of work/labor or end product by any means, nor should it be expected to be, it can be a good way to (A) save money when you can within reason, (B) customize to fit your life, needs or wants, and (C) learn something new on a non-professional level that can be useful.

Helpful How To

You won’t receive the project sheet with the sampler, but but it’s a generous sample to experiment with. Here’s a few ideas for a variety of do-it-yourself skin care test projects so you can try at home with this thick creamy deliciousness.. Take 1/2 – 1 ounce (14.17 – 28.35 grams) to test your essential oils or fragrance oils of choice. Stir in a non-dissolving exfoliant such as pumice powder, walnut shell powder, bamboo powder, jojoba beads, etc. into a spoonful of body pudding to create an immediate single use emulsified scrub. Add enough clay in to a small dollop to form a spreadable paste and make a masque for face, hands, feet or body during your self-pampering session. Yes, Pampered Patootie is that versatile.
